About the Organisation

Building Bridges is a Switzerland-based non-profit working to align finance with sustainability, bringing together financial sector actors, public authorities, NGOs, and international organizations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with programme development for Building Bridges 2026
• Coordinate stakeholder connections and preparation meetings
• Support the Event Partnership Team on partner deliverables and private event planning
• Work alongside Communications Team to upload programme details and prepare support materials
• On-site event management during the flagship gathering (October 6-8)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Communications, Political Science, International Relations, or related field
• Strong written and spoken English; French fluency is advantageous
• Proficiency with digital tools (Airtable, MS Suite including PowerPoint and Excel)
• Prior event management or community engagement experience is a plus
• Must hold a Swiss/EU passport or valid Swiss work authorization
