Son action s’articule autour de quatre programmes : la protection de l’enfance, l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes, l’accompagnement des familles et la défense des droits de l’enfant. En association avec ses partenaires sur le terrain, la Fondation soutient les projets de coopération internationale de la Fondation Apprentis d’Auteuil dans 12 pays à ressources limitées. Elle porte auprès des institutions des Nations unies à Genève un plaidoyer en faveur des droits de l’enfant, tout particulièrement des enfants en situation de rue. En Suisse, elle soutient aussi des jeunes en situation de décrochage scolaire grâce à son restaurant d’insertion professionnelle à Genève, le Birdhouse.\n\n## Tâches et responsabilités\n\n- Recherche et prospection de partenaires de financement en Suisse\n- Rédaction de listes de prospection, de dossiers de projets et de demandes de financement\n- Suivi avec les chefs de projet et les partenaires financiers\n- Vérification des budgets, des rapports et de la gestion des bases de données\n- Traductions (français - allemand), diverses tâches administratives\n- Le\u002Fla titulaire du poste pourra être amené(e) à effectuer d'autres tâches en fonction des besoins, notamment pour aider à la réalisation de supports de communication et de marketing (flyers, site internet).\n\n## Exigences\n\n- **Étudiant(e)** (Bachelor ou Master) en communication, marketing, relations internationales ou sciences politiques\n- **Convention de stage obligatoire avec l'université.** L'étudiant(e) doit effectuer un stage ou rédiger un mémoire de stage pour le master pendant ses études.
