Remote assignment (home-based)

As part of the project “Strengthening Transitional Justice in Syria Through Inclusive Coordination, Institutional Capacity, and Victim-Centered Engagement”, Fondation Hirondelle is seeking a freelance translator to support the development of its activities in Syria and the Justice Info platform.

Main skills sought: Excellent command of Arabic, French and/or English; proven experience in professional translation, ideally in an editorial or journalistic context; good knowledge of issues related to justice and human rights; excellent understanding of the Syrian or regional context; ability to accurately convey meaning and nuances of content; strong attention to detail, respect for deadlines, and ability to work remotely in collaboration with an editorial team.
