Key Responsibilities

• Design and coordinate political advisory and dialogue projects
• Collaborate with international partners, ILO, UN bodies, global trade unions
• Develop new project ideas and strategic initiatives
• Draft analyses, briefings, social media content, and journal articles
• Monitor budgets and timelines

Requirements

• Degree in Political Science, Economics, International Relations, or related field
• Minimum 3 years project management experience, ideally internationally
• Very good written and oral communication in German and English
• French language skills advantageous
• Strong organizational and budgetary skills

Compensation

Based on Geneva cantonal public service salary grade 18
