It offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic team, supporting HD operations and helping implement gender-responsive and inclusive peacemaking approaches in line with HD's Global Strategy 2024-27.\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n- Provide operational support to HD teams, including through field deployments.\n- Provide technical advice on the design of gender-responsive and inclusive peace processes.\n- Deliver GINC training programs and workshops.\n- Facilitate meetings of HD's GINC Community of Practice with the aim of promoting internal knowledge exchange and innovation.\n- Produce learning products, donor reports, and policy briefs.\n- Represent HD at external events, donor meetings, and policy forums.\n- Contribute to MESU-led mediation support engagements and internal events.\n\n## Requirements\n\n- At least 4 and up to 7 years of experience in mediation support and peacebuilding, preferably with experience in a conflict-affected or post-conflict context and working on gender and inclusion issues.\n- Advanced university degree in a relevant field.\n- Excellent English (C1 minimum); other languages are an asset (Arabic, French, Spanish).\n- Strong writing and analytical skills.\n- Strong organisational skills.\n- Exceptional ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across cultures.\n- Demonstrated commitment to inclusivity.\n- Capacity to work autonomously while collaborating closely within a team.\n- Adaptability and flexibility.\n- Curiosity and ability to learn fast.\n\n## Additional Information\n\nThe position is in Geneva; flexibility to work 80 to 100% to be discussed during the recruitment process.
