This role is in supporting existing customer engagement plans.\n\nReporting to the ICH Senior Customer Success Manager, you will work closely with the ICH and the SIS “Simplified Invoicing and Settlement” Teams. You may also interact with Sales and Marketing Teams. \n\nICH is the oldest IATA financial system processing over USD65b worth of transactions yearly and generating over USD16m revenues.\n\n## What your day would be like\n\n- Contribute to customer success and product adoption, helping customers to realize measurable value while supporting revenue and volume growth.\n- Support onboarding, training, testing and change-management activities to accelerate adoption and ensure successful implementation.\n- Help in coordinating new process definition for specific markets \n\n### Experience & Qualifications\n- University degree, business school or engineering (within one year of graduation)\n- Enthusiast about aviation sector\n- Understanding of technology, EDI, XML, ERP integration a plus \n- Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes\n- Good communication skills and Excel knowledge\n\n### Collaboration & Leadership\n- Customer focus mindset.\n- Problem solving enthusiast\n- Cultural awareness dealing with different parts of the world and culture\n- Listening capacity, understanding customer needs.\n- Team player\n- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of other languages would be an advantage.\n\nLearn more about IATA’s role in the industry, our benefits, and the team at [iata\u002Fcareers\u002F](https:\u002F\u002Fwww.iata.org\u002Fhc\u002FPages\u002Findex.aspx).
