International Catholic Migration Commission is looking for a Director of Support Services

The International Catholic Migration Commission (ICMC) is seeking a Director of Support Services to join their Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Secretary General.

ICMC is an entity of the Catholic Church and an international non-governmental organization serving refugees, asylum seekers, and migrants globally.

Core Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Oversee HQ staff and consultants
• Manage the global Finance Team Lead
• Supervise HR, IT, and Supply Chain specialists
• Guide affiliate support service staff

Resource Management

• Develop support service policies
• Create monitoring systems and manage enterprise risk
• Handle audit cooperation
• Administer Microsoft infrastructure and data control

Donor Relations

• Coordinate financial planning with institutional donors
• Ensure compliance requirements are met and maintained throughout projects

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in business administration or relevant support services specialization
• Minimum 8 years providing support services to program teams
• At least 4 years managing support service staff directly
• Experience with outsourced services and IT provider management
• Audit response leadership and investigation management experience
• Professional English fluency; additional language skills (Arabic, French, Italian, Greek) preferred
• Up to 10% international travel capability
• ERP systems and Microsoft Office proficiency
