We are looking for someone who will help to attract new members, build strong relationships with existing ones and play an active part in nurturing and developing the membership base.\n\n## Key Responsibilities\n\n- Own and grow the membership base, proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities to attract new members and deepen engagement, particularly in underrepresented regions.\n- Champion the value of FIDIC membership, building strong relationships across the global community and acting as a trusted point of contact for members.\n- Lead the full membership lifecycle, recruitment, onboarding, renewals and retention and proactively re-engage members.\n- Take ownership of membership subscriptions, supporting accurate income forecasting and reporting.\n- Process and assess membership applications, coordinating through to General Assembly approval.\n- Connect members across FIDIC 's full committee, council and regional group structure, helping them get genuine value from their involvement.\n- Use membership data to spot trends, surface opportunities and bring recommendations to leadership.\n- Promote FIDIC 's resources, publications, training and events as part of the wider member offer.\n\n## Skills & Experience\n\n- Several years ' experience in membership, partnerships or relationship management, ideally within a professional body, association or international organisation.\n- A self-starter who takes initiative, sets their own goals and is energised by growing and nurturing a community.\n- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across cultures.\n- Excellent written and verbal English (additional languages an advantage).\n- Organised, with good data\u002FCRM management and reporting ability.\n- Comfortable working with committees, councils, boards and governance processes.\n- Knowledge of the consulting engineering sector is desirable.\n\n## What We Offer\n\nA central role in a respected international federation, with real ownership of the membership agenda and the opportunity to shape how FIDIC grows and engages its global community.
