The General Secretariat coordinates ITU's strategic, administrative, and inter-sectoral activities, including engagement with the UN system and international organizations.\n\n## Purpose\n\nThe consultant will support ETD in preparing the Global Dialogue on AI Governance, covering programme development, stakeholder outreach, communications, and meeting documentation.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\n- Support planning of the Global Dialogue, including contributing to concept development, drafting program materials and agenda, developing session formats, speaker preparation, and website updates\n- Coordinate stakeholder engagement with member states, industry, civil society, academia, and UN entities; organize briefings, consultations, and preparatory sessions\n- Prepare communications materials such as talking points, presentations, summaries, and briefing notes\n- Support documentation for meetings and the Dialogue itself, including summaries, rapporteur notes, and Qualifications\n\n**Education:** University degree in communications, engineering, public policy, business, management, digital marketing, or a related field\n\n**Experience:** Minimum 8 years of
