The Multilateral Finance Unit (MFU) leads IUCN's strategic engagement with the Global Environment Facility and Green Climate Fund. IUCN has been a GEF Partner Agency since 2014 and a GCF Accredited Entity since 2016. The MFU portfolio now represents over one third of the IUCN project portfolio.\n\n## Duties\n\n**Monitoring and evaluation**\n\n- Pipeline and portfolio monitoring; prepare dashboards and presentations.\n- Compile performance data, identify gaps and risks.\n- Draft and consolidate donor reports including GEF PIRs and GCF APRs.\n- Support mid-term reviews and terminal evaluations.\n- Maintain data quality and M&E databases.\n\n**Communications and visibility**\n\n- Support communication and visibility plans aligned with GEF\u002FGCF requirements.\n- Prepare briefs, success stories, web and social media content.\n- Ensure compliance with donor branding guidelines.\n- Support outreach events and high-level engagements.\n\n**Knowledge management**\n\n- Design and operationalize knowledge management approaches.\n- Develop case studies, lessons learned, and policy briefs.\n- Maintain knowledge repositories and document management systems.\n- Contribute to global knowledge platforms.\n\n**Programme management and coordination**\n\n- Support work plans, budgets, and procurement plans; financial tracking and reporting.\n- Liaise with executing partners, consultants, and stakeholders.\n- Draft meeting minutes, technical reports, and correspondence.\n\n**Programme development and portfolio support**\n\n- Completeness checks on proposal packages.\n- Contribute to new project concepts including logframes, theory of change, and budgets.\n- Support pipeline development for new regions and themes.\n\n## Requirements\n\n- **Education:** Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in environmental studies, international development, project management, communications, or a related discipline.\n- **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of
