Key Responsibilities

The role encompasses event management, including content conception, preparation and organisation of conferences, events and visitor programmes alongside the director. Additional duties involve:

• Analyzing multilateral Geneva developments, particularly global health topics
• Coordinating with international organizations and foundation offices
• Expanding expert databases
• Supporting social media presence

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold university degrees in Public Health, International Relations, Economics, Political Science, Law, or equivalent fields. The position requires first professional experience in the areas of research, event and project management or in European and/or international institutions.

Language proficiencies include:

• Strong German and English (required)
• French (preferred)
• UN language knowledge (advantageous)
