You will help ensure that information is clear, accurate, and well structured.  \nThis is not a field role. There is no project implementation or travel to project sites.\n\n### What you will do\n\n- Read and review reports submitted by members  \n- Improve and rewrite content to make it clear and consistent  \n- Check data for accuracy and completeness  \n- Provide feedback to members on how to improve their reports  \n- Maintain and update programme data and systems  \n- Prepare summaries and simple analyses of programme results  \n- Support communication (emails, documents, translations)  \n- Help organise webinars, annual meeting and programme-related activities\n\n### Who we are looking for\n\n#### Experience \n- Recent graduate or early-career professional (0–3 years)  \n- Some experience through internships, studies, or volunteering\n\n#### Education \n- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. social sciences, international relations, communications, languages)\n\n### Key skills\n\n- Strong writing skills – you enjoy rewriting and improving texts  \n- Attention to detail – you notice mistakes and inconsistencies  \n- Structured and organised – you like working methodically  \n- Comfort with repetitive tasks – you can stay focused and consistent  \n- Digital skills – confident with Word, Excel, AI and online tools  \n- Clear communication – professional and patient when working with others\n\n### Languages\n\n- Fluent in English and French (required)  \n- Strong writing ability
