Based at Maison de la Paix in Geneva.\n\n## Main Responsibilities\n\n### Financial & Budgetary Steering\n\n- Develop and pilot annual budget with analytical tracking\n- Supervise accounting, treasury, and annual account closure per Swiss GAAP\n- Manage expenses, fundraising, and financial flows\n\n### Financial Information & Management Tools\n\n- Structure and optimize financial management tools and dashboards\n- Support selection and deployment of appropriate financial software\n- Provide reliable financial analysis to management and teams\n\n### Accountability & Compliance\n\n- Produce financial reporting for donors, partners, and governance bodies\n- Organize and supervise external financial audits\n- Ensure compliance with internal policies, contractual frameworks, legal requirements\n\n### Purchasing, Logistics & Operations\n\n- Supervise responsible procurement procedures and supplier contracts\n- Support operational logistics and equipment management\n\n### HR
