conformité et la cohérence des pratiques de gestion en finances, RH et administration, tout en accompagnant leur évolution et optimisation.\n\n**Responsabilités principales:**\n\n- Membre de l'Équipe de direction, pilotage financier stratégique\n- Gestion du budget organisationnel, suivi des liquidités et production d'informations financières\n- Clôture des comptes annuels selon les normes Swiss GAAP RPC\n- Veille au respect des exigences légales en matière de RH\n- Gestion d'un département de quatre collaborateur·trice·s expérimenté·e·s\n\n## Profil Requis\n\n- Diplôme supérieur en gestion,
