universelle ou extraterritoriale.\n\n## Votre Mission\n\n### Planification, mise en œuvre et monitoring\n\n- Assurer la planification stratégique et opérationnelle des activités en cohérence avec les budgets\n- Appuyer l'équipe dans la mise en œuvre des activités et la gestion des partenariats\n- Évaluer la faisabilité des nouvelles activités en collaboration avec la direction\n- Participer au monitoring et à la collecte de données sur l'impact des projets\n- Représenter le programme auprès des autres départements\n\n### Management, finances, levée de fonds et sécurité\n\n- Gérer les ressources humaines d'une équipe de six collaborateurs·rices\n- Assumer la responsabilité du budget 2026 et planifier celui de 2027\n- Veiller au respect des exigences contractuelles des bailleurs et procédures internes\n- Contribuer à la recherche de nouveaux financements avec le département Relations externes\n- Participer à la gestion de la sécurité et à la mitigation des risques\n- Contribuer au développement de politiques organisationnelles, notamment en matière de duty of care\n\n## Votre Profil\n\n- Master en droit, relations internationales ou domaine pertinent, complété par une formation en gestion de projet\n- Connaissance du droit international des droits humains, droit pénal international ou DIH (atout)\n- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en gestion\u002Fcoordination de projet (collecte de fonds, finances, RH, sécurité), de préférence en ONG\n- Excellentes capacités en management d'équipe, organisation et planification\n- Expérience confirmée en gestion de subventions et suivi budgétaire\n- Maîtrise d'Excel et aisance avec les chiffres\n- Esprit d'analyse, sens des priorités et excellente communication\n- Discrétion et respect de la confidentialité\n- Maîtrise
