Specific tasks include:\n  - Policy recommendations: Formulate policy recommendations for the target governments to enhance value addition, promote economic diversification, attract investments, and strengthen regulatory frameworks.\n  - Technical contribution to national reports:\n    - Support the drafting of three national reports (one for each country), focusing on value addition and economic diversification opportunities within and outside CETM value chains.\n    - Contribute approximately 15% (approximately 4,000 words) of the content of each of the three national reports.\n    - Provide analytical inputs to the reports on CETM production, processing, and market dynamics.\n    - Provide analytical inputs to the reports on policy instruments to promote value addition and diversification.\n  - Drafting of the final project report:\n    - Draft the overarching project report, summarizing key findings across all three countries.\n    - Formulate recommendations for scaling up and replicating the project in other developing economies.\n\n## Qualifications\u002Fspecial skills\n\n- An advanced university degree, Master, in Economics, Industrial Policy, Development Studies, or related fields is required.\n- At least 7 years of work experience in conducting national development policy analysis, including on issues related to value addition and economic diversification along and around the minerals global value chain is required.\n- Proven expertise in CETM value chains, covering mining, processing, manufacturing, and recycling is desirable.\n- Strong analytical and writing skills, with experience producing policy reports, economic studies, or industrial assessments are desirable.\n- Experience with economic complexity analysis and trade-related productive development strategies is desirable.\n- Experience working with UN agencies, international organizations, or government institutions is desirable.\n\n## Languages\n\n- Fluency
