UNIDIR is based in the Palais des Nations, Geneva.\n\nUNIDIR's Security and Technology Programme supports multilateral disarmament processes in responding effectively to the security challenges raised by technological innovation through the provision of accessible knowledge, relevant analysis and facilitated multi-stakeholder dialogue.\n\n## Responsibilities\n\nWithin UNIDIR's Security and Technology Programme, the Project Coordinator shall perform the following duties:\n\n- Manage the development and maintenance of portals, databases and additional digital tools required for programme activities\n- Support the Head of Programme in conceptualizing new developments for existing and new tools\n- Manage engagement with technical developers\u002Fweb designers and liaise with web administrators to implement agreed changes\n- Coordinate rapid resolution of technical issues emerging on the portals\n- Support the design and lead the implementation of a content update methodology\n- Ensure correct operations and accessibility of online content (e.g. identify and fix broken links)\n- Deliver monthly web traffic analysis and produce visual representations (infographics) for the team\n- Liaise with Member States, partners, and internal communications teams\n- Support the promotion of digital tools through various channels\n\n## Requirements\n\n**Education:** Master's degree in international affairs, political science, law, public administration, security studies, or related field\n\n**Experience (Required):**\n- Minimum 3 years of experience managing web content, digital tools, and project administration\n- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite\n\n**Experience (Desirable):**\n- Familiarity with multilateral technology processes and international organizations\n- Fundraising and social media content experience\n- Prior experience in a UN research organization\n\n**Languages:** Fluency in English required; French or
